I understand this happen ms and things come up. Kids get sick, work gets in the way. Although my schedule is very tight with very little places to move people. I count on the appointments i book weekly to put Food on the table, pay my bills and provide for my family which is why we as beauty professionals have to enforce a cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within a 48 hour window you will be charged 50% of the appointment. If you cancel within a 24 hour window or ‘No Show’ your appointment, you will be charged 100% if the scheduled service.
